We couldn’t even get enough towels for the room. The place wasn’t cleaned before we got there. The pool needs a good cleaning. The breakfast was stale.

I didn’t stay the second night because I was kept up all night by noisy other guests. The pool are was taken over witch a large family that was playing loud music and acting inappropriately towards my children. Asked staff if I could change my 2nd night to a different weekend or get my money back they refused.

The breakfast was varied and good. I would have enjoyed eggs and sausage. I was pleased that the staff found us a room on the first floor because I have mobility issues and didn't realize they did not have an elevator. The staff addressed the lack of heat in a very prompt manner which was much appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I will recommend and may return.

My son and I really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back again very soon. The staff were super nice, room was spotless, beds were super comfortable all in all it felt like we were right at home. Well worth the money and drive!

The pool and hot tub were a plus. I wish I had known about the adult swim hour from 9-10 pm. The set up of the room was good with a desk and a large bureau. The blankets were really warm, I wish I had looked at them more closely.
